Welcome Letter

Welcome to my website.

For those of you who joined my journey through TikTok or Instagram, you already know that I can't say thank you enough. It's essentially been adopted as my slogan.

If you're new to discovering my work, welcome, and thank you for being here. Thank you for knowing my name and taking the time to care just a little about what I'm putting into the world.

Beyond all else, thank you for being here and supporting me on my journey of being an indie author.

I decided to publish independently for several reasons, but that's for another time.

Today, I want to make it abundantly clear why I will always choose to represent LGBTQ+ literature. In a world of complexities around the LGBTQ+ community, our rights and art are at the forefront of the debate.

I'm here to tell you:

WE have the right to exist,

WE have the right to love,

and WE have the right to be happy.

My writings reveal happiness, hope, joy, sorrow, and numerous raging emotions. All of which resemble the world we're fighting towards. All of which resemble our stories told on paper because we deserve to have relatable, authentic, and inspiring plots.

As I was growing up, LGBTQ+ content was scarce, and the world wasn't ready for it. I was made fun of, picked on, and called slurs because of something I did not understand I was. Because I was scared of what I could be.

To 14-year-old Marcello, I write this:

You are worthy. You deserve happiness. You're no different than anyone else. And you're going to be more than okay.

To the rest of the world, may you be in the scared, 14-year-old Marcello's shoes, or may you be in his shoes today, eager to inspire, eager to change the world, I write this:

You are worthy. You deserve happiness. You're no different than anyone else. You're going to be okay. But most importantly—we're making a better world.

Thank you for joining me as I embark on this journey as an author. May you find comfort, hope, happiness, and love within my debut title, The Art Gallery.
